REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Deposits & Payment Terms

To confirm any booking, a non-refundable deposit of USD $2,500.00 (Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars only) is required from the total invoiced amount.
The remaining balance is payable in full upon arrival in Botswana, prior to the commencement of any hunting or related activities.

2. Date Changes & Transfers

Booking dates may be transferred once only, provided notice is given at least six (6) weeks prior to the scheduled hunt date.
All date changes are subject to availability and must fall within the same hunting season (calendar year).
Transfers to the next hunting season will incur a 10% date-change penalty, of the USD $2,500.00 non-refundable deposit.
Failure to comply with payment or date-change terms will result in forfeiture of the USD $2,500.00 deposit.

3. Specialty Hunts

Leopard hunts and other specific hunts require 100% payment upfront to confirm the booking.
These hunts may not be postponed or transferred to a future season.
Bookings may only be transferred to another hunter, subject to approval.

4. No-Refund Policy

No refunds shall be issued for the following circumstances:

Early departure or unused hunting days
Poor or unfavourable weather conditions
Failure to harvest or wound an animal
Changes in personal circumstances
Partially or unused hunting packages
